RAM Cellars 2022 Tempranillo

This Tempranillo is luscious yet rustic and is a perfect pairing with many heartier dishes! Fresh fig, rhubarb pie, roses, a touch of caramel, and rosemary greet the nose. On the palate, black cherry, plums, supple leather, miso, and a hint of lemon zest balance atop a chalky, limestone minerality. Pairs well with roasted veggies, smoked peppers, cured meats, lasagna, barbecue tempeh, and lamb, as well as good times with family and friends!
