Use the form below to submit a request to host your event at Community Wine Bar. Our competitive pricing is structured to take into account the loss of sales that result from our space being closed for private events, hence the higher cost for events on the days of the week that we are normally open.

Event staffing and Beverage minimums:


For events of 10 or less attendees, there is a $25 per hour charge for a member of our Community Wine Bar staff to be here to host your event and provide beverage service and ensure the comfort and safety of you and your guests. For events of this size, there’s is a 4 bottle minimum wine purchase. Depending on the needs of your party, we can always add more bottles and if you or your guests wish to purchase additional bottles at your event, that’s also possible.

For events of 11+ attendees, there’s an additional charge of $25 for a second CWB team member to be on site to support your event and take care of your patrons. For events of this size, there is an 8 bottle minimum wine purchase. Depending on the needs of your party, we can always add more bottles and if you wish to purchase additional bottles at your event, that’s also possible.

Large Group Reservations:

Interested in making a reservation for a group larger than 8 patrons during our open hours instead of buying out the whole space for your event? Large group reservations are subject to availability and rates include an additional staff member on site to ensure optimal customer service levels for your party and our other patrons!
